UNUSUAL TRIPOD BASE HAS TWO CARVED SIDE PANELS, ONE DECORATED WITH ELABORATE PHEONIX IN HIGH RELIEF AND THE OTHER SIDE HAS A MYTHICAL BEAST RUNNING IN CLOUDS, BOTH CHASING FLAMING PEARLS WITH GILT EMBELLISHMENT. The Teapot measures about 6 1/2″ (16.5 cm) Tall and 5″ (12.7 cm) diameter, with the Handle its 9 (22.9 cm) wide. The Cups are 3″ (7.6 cm) diameter and 2 1/2″ (6.4 cm) tall.
